Information we collect will only be used in a lawful way and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We will not publish or pass your details to any other third party in any circumstances.

We will only retain your data if you make an e-mail enquiry or make a purchase with us, or if you sign up as a customer on our website.

We may use e-mail data you provide us with to contact you.

We occasionally send e-mails ourselves informing schools of our products, using e-mail addresses which we purchase from a reputable source.  We mainly use e-mail advertising as it helps us keep prices down.  Please feel free to unsunscribe to our e-mails should you receive them.  We hope that you don't as it's more friendly on the environment than sending mailshots.  However, if you have unsubscribed you will be unable to find out about, or benefit from, discount prices which we offer occasionally.  If you do unsubscribe, you must reply from the same email address to which we sent the e-mail otherwise we won't know which e-mail address to unsubscribe.

We also very occasionally use third-party e-mail companies to send advertising e-mails from time to time, but those e-mails are sent using the database of that company, and we do not provide them with any information from our customers.  They use their own database, and unfortunately we cannot unsubscribe you from these e-mails - you need to contact them directly.
